Recognizing the need to promote mutual welfare, safeguard interests, and engage retired professors in socially beneficial activities in an organized and collective manner, this society’s statute is formulated and enacted to systematically utilize their experience and expertise. Additionally, it aims to harness the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of retired professors from various academic disciplines for social and collective welfare.
This society brings together experienced educators and intellectuals to continue their engagement in social, academic, and cultural contributions after retirement.

We are over 110 retired professors from institutions such as:

- Pokhara University
- Nepal Sanskrit University
- Affiliated campuses of forestry, nursing, engineering, and more
